As part of our Digital Marketing team, you will collaborate closely with the Brand, Finance, and Insights Teams, as well as our trusted CRM agencies, to mold Pernod Ricard Italia's CRM investment into a formidable asset.

Some of your responsibilities

Develop and implement CRM strategies.

Segment customer database for targeted marketing.

Collaborate with IT on CRM infrastructure.

Ensure CRM data governance compliance.

Plan and assess individual CRM programs.

Maintain stakeholder records in CRM.

Manage retention campaigns.

Analyze market reports for trends.

Understand brand audience and competition for CRM planning.

Optimize media investment with teams and agencies.

Introduce innovative CRM approaches.

Lead media reporting and audits.

Provide stakeholder updates via CRM dashboards.

Improve media investment efficiency through tracking.

What we look for

You have proven relevant work experience (2+ yrs) and bring technical expertise in CRM and analytical systems, which will enable you to effectively leverage our database and first-party data.

You possess knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices, along with a deep understanding of the Italian market . Your insights into market trends, coupled with fluency in brand measurement metrics and analytics, are invaluable assets.

You have a relevant educational background, alongside strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint. You might have familiarity with CRM tools like Sleeknote, Keeper, SFMC, WordPress, and Dashboard CRM.

You are fluent in both Italian and Englis h.

You possess strong commercial acumen and analytical skills , along with adept project management abilities . You excel in building relationships across various functions and with stakeholders at all levels of the organization as well as external partners and agencies. As a self-starter with ample initiative , you thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
