Electrical - Design Engineer

Overview

In this role you will design wiring harnesses for agricultural harvest machinery and define 12/24V electrical systems. You will create circuits and routing plans within CAD models to support Gold Harvest combines and similar products globally. You’ll specify electrical components, support procurement and manufacturing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve design issues. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that helps bring reliable electrical systems to farming equipment at scale. You will work across sites and contribute to training and technical service initiatives.

Responsabilità Circuit design of harnesses and schematics

3D/2D CAD routing within virtual models

Vendor support for engineering samples and device specifications

Manufacturing support for engineering design issues

Design reviews and project updates

Requisiti fondamentali Specify electrical components for mobile machinery (relays, fuses, speed sensors, pressure transducers)

Experience with electrical circuit layout tools (preferred)

Proficient in written and spoken English

Travel availability ~20% of time

CAD modelling tools experience (Creo or similar)

Ability to work with cross-functional teams (engineering, service, manufacturing, purchasing)

Experience with agriculture or related machinery preferred

Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree preferred (4-year)
