Staff Software Engineer

Overview

In this role, you will design and implement features for our AI-powered OT/IoT cybersecurity platform, taking ownership of user-facing capabilities from inception to release. You’ll work in a fast-paced, agile environment, reduce tech debt, and support cross-functional teams to deliver impact for critical infrastructure across energy, manufacturing, and government sectors. You will help shape scalable software solutions while embodying Nozomi’s values of transparency and trust.

Requisiti fondamentali Proven extensive experience in one of: Ruby, Golang, C++ or Python

Javascript/Typescript and React experience is highly valuable

PostgreSQL knowledge is highly valuable

Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, UDP) is highly valuable

Automated Testing experience (TDD, BDD)

Field experience with Agile Methodologies

Ability to operate in settings with strong confidentiality and data privacy protocols
