Staff Engineer

Overview

As Senior Tech Lead for US Payroll, you will architect and scale a critical enterprise-grade platform serving SMBs to large enterprises. You’ll partner with the Director of Engineering to shape architecture, drive key technical decisions, and uphold engineering excellence. You’ll work across multiple teams to implement cross-cutting improvements, migrations, and bottleneck elimination. Requisiti fondamentali 10+ years of software engineering experience

Proven leadership in organizations with 30+ engineers

Strong system design and architecture skills
