Java + React FullStack Developer

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.js to lead the design and development of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader responsible for architecture, development, code quality, mentoring team members, and collaborating with business stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade full stack applications.

Architect and develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices .

Build responsive and high-performing front-end applications using React.js .

Drive technical discussions, solution design, and implementation strategies.

Collaborate with product owners, architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams.

Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.

Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and provide technical leadership.

Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and production issues.

Participate in release planning, estimation, and Agile ceremonies.
