KERING EYEWEAR Operations Controller

Overview

In this role you will lead IT budgeting, forecasting and monthly close within the Operations Controlling team. You will monitor IT expenses against plans, drive actions to hit financial targets, and ensure proper capitalization of IT CAPEX. You will develop IT performance reporting and KPIs, collaborating with IT leaders to optimize spend and align with the business. This position offers impact across IT cost management, governance, and cross-functional collaboration within a growing luxury group.

Responsabilità Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and monthly closing for IT

Monitor IT operating expenses and variances, drive corrective actions

Control IT CAPEX projects, ensure capitalization and policy compliance

Develop and maintain financial reporting and KPIs for IT

Partner with IT managers to monitor spend and identify optimization

Support ad hoc topics and participate in Business Reviews

Coordinate chargeback and cost allocation across units and entities

Improve reporting systems and outputs

Requisiti fondamentali University Degree in Economics or equivalent

4-5 years of experience

Knowledge of cost and general accounting, IFRS principles

Experience in budgets, forecasts and planning

IT cost analysis experience is a plus

Knowledge of SAP is a plus

Proficiency in English
