Developing, implementing and monitoring the company's social media & activation strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales.
Key Responsibilities:Social MediaDevelop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals and objectives.Create and publish engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) to captivate the audience.Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences.Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews from customers and fans.Oversee the creating and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives.Email MarketingCraft compelling and targeted email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns.Segment email lists based on customer behavior, demographics, and preferences for personalized campaigns.Monitor and analyze key email metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to optimize campaign performance.Implement A/B testing to optimize email elements such as subject lines, calls-to-action, and content.Work closely with cross-functional teams, to align email campaigns with broader marketing goals.Qualifications:Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.Hands-on experience in content management.Excellent copywriting skills.Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.Knowledge of online marketing channels.Excellent communication skills.Analytical and multitasking skills.BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.Familiar with G-Suite, Clevertap, Asana, Slack, Figma, Canva, Google Analytics GA-4.Personal Attributes:Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to think outside the box.Strong organizational and project management skills.High level of autonomy, yet a team player when necessary.Passionate about social media and up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.Ideal candidate profile:Book lover, streaming user (music, books, gaming, movies etc.)Independent, self-motivatedSolution oriented (ready to grind & hustle)Hungry and ready to work (has a fire under their belly)Comfortable working in a dynamic structure (startup/entrepreneurial mindset)Musts: Italian - native level; English - professional level;5+ years of experience - any of the below:streaming music/movies/audiobookssocial media marketing (e-comm, mobile apps, tech, entertainment, media)digital marketing in the publishing industryemail marketing experience is a plus but not a prerequisite
