Process Engineer

Overview

As a Process Engineer at our Casalpusterlengo site, you will drive process improvements within Manufacturing Operations. You’ll apply WCM-based methods to reduce defects, waste, and losses while collaborating across factory, engineering, production, safety, and quality teams. You will lead digitalisation efforts and coach line teams in problem-solving and CI techniques. This role offers hands-on impact on performance, capability building, and cross-functional innovation in a global consumer goods environment.

Responsabilità Collaborate with Factory, Engineering, Production, Safety, and Quality teams to eliminate losses, reduce waste, and improve manufacturing performance

Identify, propose, and support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and operational efficiency

Analyse workflows and process performance data to design, implement, and validate process enhancements

Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to assess effectiveness of improvements and identify new opportunities

Participate in daily production meetings and develop reports on process status, changes, and results

Support innovation projects, including assessment of factory capabilities, production lines, and equipment requirements

Drive digitalisation initiatives and implement digital solutions across manufacturing operations

Act as a technical coach and trainer, developing line teams' capabilities in root cause analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement methodologies

Requisiti fondamentali Strong analytical skills with data interpretation for decision-making

Fluency in spoken and written English

Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple activities with prioritisation
