Responsibilities

Build and execute a multi-year pipeline of data center, powered-land, power, and infrastructure opportunities. Source greenfield projects, JV partnerships, project acquisitions, and M&A opportunities across key U.S. markets. Develop and maintain relationships with developers, landowners, power companies, infrastructure firms, and other strategic partners. Lead opportunities through evaluation and execution, coordinating with power, engineering, development, finance, and commercial teams. Manage financial analysis, risk assessment, underwriting, pipeline prioritization, and investment committee/board materials. Requirements

Senior-level business development or project origination experience within data centers/HPC infrastructure. Strong understanding of the data center ecosystem, including power availability, land, development readiness, and infrastructure constraints. Proven ability to originate opportunities through market outreach, relationship building, and direct partner engagement. Experience evaluating greenfield developments, JVs, project acquisitions, or M&A opportunities. xpavfwm Working knowledge of power markets and experience collaborating cross-functionally with technical, commercial, finance, and executive teams.
