Test Engineer

Overview

In this role you define and execute tests to verify product performance across complete products, subassemblies, and related components. You will manage the test lab, design test setups, and coordinate the team building them, while producing technical docs and test reports. You’ll analyze results, flag quality issues, and support production, demos, and customer tests. This position helps ensure equipment meets expectations and supports our strategic priorities for high performance and customer focus.

Responsabilità Define test setups and scripts to verify product performance

Specify measurements (typology, timing, sequence) for tests

Create electrical drawings and coordinate the test setup build

Analyze test results and prepare reports

Filter technical/quality issues with R&D/Quality as needed

Produce and verify technical documentation (drawings, manuals, procedures, data sheets)

Support production during test-related issues

Assist WT Team and customers during demos or witness tests

Requisiti fondamentali Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic

1-2 years of experience

Excellent planning, organizational, documentation, and communication skills

Knowledge of testing tools and laboratory instrumentation (e.g., oscilloscope, logger, power analyzer)

Knowledge of electrical power components

Ability to write professional technical documentation in English

Good teamwork and communication

Good English skills

Willingness to travel (10%)
