Job Description

As Partner AI & DATA, you will drive AI and data strategy for enterprise clients within a leading consulting firm. You’ll oversee large-scale data initiatives, shape cross-functional data-driven decision making, and strengthen client relationships. You’ll mentor a high-performing data team and uphold governance and ethical AI. This role offers impact at scale, influencing business growth and industry leadership from Milano.

Lead development and execution of AI and data strategies aligned with business goals

Oversee implementation of advanced data analytics and ML solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decisions

Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and clients in Professional Services

Drive growth by identifying opportunities in AI and data domains

Ensure data governance compliance and ethical AI practices

Mentor and develop a high-performing data science team

Represent the organization at industry events and client engagements

Extensive knowledge of AI, ML, and data analytics technologies

Strong leadership experience within the Professional Services industry

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Strategic thinking with a focus on innovation and business growth

Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Management
