Lead Control System Engineer (M/F/D)

Overview

In this role you lead Gas Turbine control system architecture and safety compliance for compressor and generator applications. You’ll tailor control philosophies to customer needs while aligning with international standards, and collaborate with hardware, software, suppliers, and customers to deliver robust solutions. You will drive design improvements, promote standardization, and introduce cost-effective innovations. Expect worldwide travel up to 10% and a focus on enabling profitable, productive energy operations.

Responsabilità Define Gas Turbine Control Systems architecture per project requirements and applicable standards

Define and verify functional safety requirements (IEC61508, IEC61511)

Define Gas Turbine Package Control philosophy tailored to customer needs

Collaborate on control hardware/software design with engineering specialists, suppliers, and customers

Optimize internal standard solutions and design tools; promote new ideas

Requisiti fondamentali BSc or MSc in a relevant engineering field

Proficiency in Control System design and associated development tools

Familiarity with PLC architectures, computer networks, and industrial safety principles

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence and motivate

Willingness to travel up to 10% for customer meetings and site support

Fluency in spoken and written English
