This Position reports to: Senior Engineering Manager

**Your role and responsibilities** This role is contributing to the Robotics Division, Proposal & Engineering Department in Italy.

**Main stakeholders are:** * Proposal Engineers * Mechanical Engineers * Electrical & Automation Engineers * Project Managers * Customers * System Integrators

**You will be mainly accountable for:** * Supporting the development of customized robotic and automation solutions for industrial customers. * Evaluating software architectures, automation concepts and technical feasibility during both quotation and project execution phases. * Contributing to the software lifecycle including requirements definition, design review, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting activities. * Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated robotic, mechanical and software solutions that meet customer requirements.

**Our team dynamics** You will join a highly skilled and collaborative Engineering & Proposal team focused on the development of robotic automation systems for manufacturing, welding, material handling and industrial process applications.

**Qualifications for the role** * Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar technical field. * Experience in industrial automation, robotics software, PLC programming, SCADA systems or manufacturing automation applications. * Good understanding of software architectures, industrial communication protocols and system integration concepts. * Experience with robot programming, simulation tools, industrial networks and automation platforms is considered a strong advantage. * Ability to evaluate technical solutions, software effort and project risks during the proposal and engineering phases. * Strong analytical skills, problem-solving attitude and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. * Fluent Italian and English.

**Compensation Package**

As part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position: Applicable CBA: Metalmeccanico Minimum annual salary: €39.000 Variable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity Bonus
