Salesforce Developer

Overview

As a Salesforce Developer at Technogym, you will design and build scalable Salesforce solutions that empower global teams and contribute to wellness experiences for millions. You’ll influence technical direction, mentor teammates, and ensure robust, high-quality software deliveries. The role combines hands-on development with architecture, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a mission-driven, international environment. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to translate needs into reliable technical outcomes.

Responsabilità Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce

Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware

Architect scalable, performant Salesforce solutions following best practices

Collaborate with analysts, admins, and stakeholders to translate requirements

Conduct code reviews, set coding standards, and mentor juniors

Refactor and optimize legacy code for better performance and UX

Ensure comprehensive test coverage with Apex tests

Participate in CI/CD, Git versioning, and deployment automation

Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely support

Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features

Document designs, architecture decisions, and development processes

Contribute to sandbox management and release planning

Requisiti fondamentali 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development with Apex, LWC, and declarative automation tools

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience

Strong proficiency with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Metadata) and integration patterns

Experience with Git and CI/CD tools

Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and good software development practices

Experience with Salesforce data modeling (custom objects, relationships, sharing rules, security)

Proven ability to write efficient, well-tested code with strong unit test coverage

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Self-motivated with good time management and ability to handle multiple priorities
