In this Team Leader role, you will oversee field service operations for wind farms, ensuring high performance across turbine lifecycles. You will lead a service team, coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency. You’ll implement processes, monitor performance, and guide improvements to deliver reliable wind-energy services. Responsabilità Oversee operational execution of service activities aligned with company values

Ensure proper functioning of assigned wind farms and high turbine performance

Manage daily staff operations and coordinate with external suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders

Implement function-specific processes, procedures, and tools

Monitor technicians’ performance and control costs; approve work and manage timesheets

Correct errors in time registration and technical reporting (backend systems)

Handle planned absences and plan service team composition long-term

Monitor site performance and drive improvement actions

Ensure service delivery meets quality, safety, process compliance, and performance standards

Lead, coordinate, and supervise the team, fostering a positive, efficient environment

Support people development including training and safety initiatives (e.g., Safety Walks & Talks)

Ensure compliance with Vestas standards and local/national regulations

Guarantee resource availability for work orders and manage costs via Service P&L

Requisiti fondamentali Technical Diploma (Mechanical or Electrical)

5–6 years of professional experience in Operations

Proven experience in team management

Basic level of English

Good knowledge of IT systems and tools (MS Office; SAP is a plus)

Leadership and people management

Results orientation and problem-solving

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of maintenance practices and safety regulations

Understanding of turbine components and mechanical systems

Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce
