Lead Mechanical System Engineer - Upgrades & Design

Job Description

Baker Hughes is seeking a System Engineer to design auxiliaries for upgrades, integrate new supply at site and support plant modernization. You will define processes, selections, and installation with a focus on efficiency and life-extension of equipment.The role requires proficiency in complex engineering analyses, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration across internal and external teams. Italian and English fluency is expected, with an emphasis on safety and quality compliance.
