You will join a fast-growing, internationally recognized organization committed to excellence, innovation, and collaboration. /p pbThe Role /b /p pAs a Software Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, integration, testing, and maintenance of software solutions for ARAG precision agriculture products and systems. /ppYou will work on software applications and system-level solutions that interact with hardware, electronic components, mechanical systems, and user interfaces. Your role will be key in ensuring that software functionality is aligned with customer requirements, product objectives, performance expectations, and quality standards. /ppThis position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about software development, system integration, and innovative technologies applied to sustainable agriculture. /ph1 /h1h1Key Responsibilities /h1ulliAnalyze software and system requirements, translating business, customer, and technical needs into effective software solutions. /liliDesign, develop, test, and maintain software applications, components, and system functionalities. /liliContribute to the functional integration of software with hardware, electronic, and mechanical components to ensure full product functionality. /liliWrite clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code using appropriate programming, scripting, and/or database languages. /liliModify and enhance existing software products to add new features, adapt to new hardware, improve performance, or increase usability. /liliParticipate in software architecture, detailed programming, debugging, and high-level system design activities. /liliSupport software testing, validation, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities. /liliIdentify, troubleshoot, and correct programming errors and technical issues. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams including RD, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Product Management, Quality, and Testing. /liliApply software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, and testing methodologies. /liliContribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to software quality, development efficiency, reliability, and user experience. /liliPrepare and maintain technical documentation related to software design, development, testing, and release activities. /li /ulh1 /h1h1Requirements /h1ullibEducation: /bBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical fields. /lilibExperience: /bPrevious experience in software development, systems development engineering, embedded software, application development, or similar technical roles. Experience in industrial, automotive, agricultural technology, or electro-mechanical product environments is considered a plus. /lilibLanguages: /bEnglish level B2 or higher is required; knowledge of an additional foreign language is considered a plus. /lilibTechnical skills: /bKnowledge of software development methodologies and best practices; experience with programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar; familiarity with software testing, debugging, validation, and deployment processes. /lilibTools and platforms: /bKnowledge of source control tools and software configuration management systems.
