Software Quality Specialist

Overview

As Software Quality Specialist, you will safeguard the quality of Technogym’s wellness software by coordinating with hardware, software, and production teams. You will design and execute manual and automated tests, manage test plans, and document issues to ensure reliable, high‑performing products. You’ll contribute to release readiness for partners and markets, and support after‑sales effectiveness. This role suits a proactive, collaborative professional who wants to shape top-tier wellness experiences at scale.

Responsabilità Collaborate with HW, SW, and production engineering teams during development

Create, maintain, and execute test plans for projects

Perform manual and automated tests on software applications

Conduct reliability and regression tests for software

Use testing tools effectively and manage project methodologies

Document and track software bugs; support issue resolution

Officially release software versions to suppliers and the market

Manage problem-solving and after-sales tickets

Ensure high quality for wellness products

Requisiti fondamentali Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance or related field

Proficiency in digital and IT tools

Knowledge of bug tracking and reporting tools

Familiarity with test design tools

Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium)

Ability to write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts with Katalon Studio Enterprise
