Lead Field Application Engineer

Overview

Join Eaton as a technical liaison supporting OEMs, distributors, and EMSs with power management applications. You will translate customer needs to R&D and commercial teams, drive product design improvements, and deliver training to partners. Responsabilità Provide application support to OEMs, distributors and EMSs, including system analysis, configuration, and design assistance

Translate customer needs to Commercial and R&D teams to improve product design and increase NBO success rate

Deliver training programs on products, technology, applications, and roadmaps to customers and distributors

Gather customer feedback to Product Management to improve market acceptance and drive roadmap development

Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to identify new opportunities and contribute to achieving NBO pipeline targets

Prepare technical literature, application notes, sales tools, and training materials

Requisiti fondamentali Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably electrical engineering – power)

10+ years of relevant experience

Strong Power Management application knowledge across Automotive & Transportation, Industrial, and Energy segments

Willingness to travel frequently

Ability to work independently within a professional team

Good presentation skills
