System Validation Lead - Process & Test Pattern Innovator

Job Description

Alstom is seeking a System Validation Manager to lead project testing activities, manage resources and KPIs, and promote standard processes across projects in our Lombardy operations. You will coordinate testing strategies, optimize workload, and work with Sourcing on subcontracting decisions.The role focuses on defining training plans, overseeing performance, and ensuring timely deliveries across multiple projects with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and QCD awareness.
