About the Role

We are seeking a Category Manager based in Milan to support projects across beauty, fragrance, fashion, wellness, and lifestyle categories.

The role is suited to professionals who understand category strategy, consumer demand, product portfolios, and how brands expand into adjacent opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze category trends across beauty, fragrance, fashion, wellness, and lifestyle.
• Evaluate potential category-extension opportunities.
• Assess consumer demand, competition, positioning, and market potential.
• Support product portfolio and category strategy discussions.
• Identify emerging brands and consumer trends in Italy and Europe.
• Provide insights into product opportunities and market movements.
• Support selected brands exploring new categories in China.

Qualifications

• Experience in category management, product strategy, merchandising, consumer insights, or brand management.
• Experience in beauty, fragrance, fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or premium consumer products is preferred.
• Strong understanding of consumer trends and category dynamics.
• Commercial and analytical mindset.
• Experience working with international brands is an advantage.
