Cloud System Engineer

Overview

In this role you will safeguard and evolve our Cloud and AI platforms, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable operations. You will work within the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Department to align cloud work with business goals and compliance requirements. You will tackle automation, DevOps, and operational excellence to support enterprise AI workloads and platform governance. This is an opportunity to shape resilient cloud ecosystems in a fast-moving, innovative environment in Milan.

Responsabilità Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure for reliability, scalability, and performance

Support and automate enterprise AI platforms, ensuring observable and efficient operations

Implement infrastructure automation and enhance CI/CD in collaboration with DevOps teams

Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, and governance compliance across cloud and AI platforms

Drive service improvement and governance through FinOps and advanced technical support

Requisiti fondamentali 7–10 years of experience in Cloud Operations, Infrastructure, DevOps, or Platform Engineering

Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud including hybrid cloud, containers, IaC, CI/CD, monitoring, automation, networking, and IAM

Experience or strong interest in AI/ML Operations (MLOps, LLMOps) and AI workloads

Familiarity with AI platforms/services (Azure AI/OpenAI, AWS AI, Databricks)

Good understanding of cybersecurity, operational resilience, and compliance best practices
