In this role, you will design and build scalable, high-quality backend services in an agile, cross-functional team. You’ll influence architecture decisions and collaborate with product owners to translate business needs into robust, secure applications. You will contribute to best practices and continuous improvement while shaping technical solutions in a fast-moving environment. Responsabilità Collaborate in an agile, cross-functional team with the product owner to outline product strategies
Design application architectures and technical solutions for services
Work with fellow engineers in a collaborative environment
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security requirements
Advocate for continuous improvement in development processes and technologies
Requisiti fondamentali 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields, or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of OOP, OOD, SOLID, algorithms, data structures, and design patterns
Proven experience with Java frameworks, especially Spring
Experience with automated testing strategies
Familiarity with SQL/RDBMS
Exposure to high availability solutions and SaaS/PaaS models
Fluency in Italian and English
Cross-functional collaboration
