Job Description
The person in the role will have the following main responsibilities:
Supervise the HR function, focusing on selection, training and development and their related issues;
Advise and partner the business in line with the HR strategy and strive for optimal performance & well being of all employees;
Influence the organisational and procedural decisions (focus on HR policy, regulations & process);
Advise and support the business leaders to come to optimal decisions;
Influence the managers in creating trust, pride and happiness to become the place to be to work;
Take care of HR systems, processes and procedure's standardisation and integration, in compliance with the Group's guideline;
Be responsible for local tools to steer guide and for guiding the implementation of new or adjusted guiding principles, systems and ways of working;
Be responsible for the selection process, from hiring planning, to the recruitment channel's choice, to supporting line managers in interviews up to the choice and negotiation of the offers for the Group's key figures;
Improve the staff development plan in order to enhance resources skills set, organising training and teaching courses;
Ensure a clear and effective level of communication with other functions on development and training plans;
Liaison for diverse external HR partners;
Co- develops local structures, policies, guidelines and ways of workings;
Influence leadership in an inspiring and creative way, communicates in style;
Plan interventions aimed at improving performance;
Identify critical areas and intervene with improvement and efficiency actions;
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree or equivalent culture;
Proven experience in senior roles in human resources management, with broad HR advise & project management experience, broad generic HR experience, advising, coaching and organisational design, gained in complex retail environment;
Strong experience in Personnel administration, Health & Safety, Performance Management, Learning & Development, HR Reporting, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, D&I is required;
Experience in international contexts will be an asset;
Strong leadership and authority skills together with a target oriented mindset;
Analytic, relationship and communication skills;
