Process engineer

Overview

In this role you drive the analysis, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes within a fast-growing multinational setting. You’ll manage plant CAPEX projects and collaborate across functions to boost efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. You’ll monitor KPIs, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to the Quality Management System and safety standards. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape process performance and project delivery in a highly collaborative environment.

Responsabilità Analyze and optimize production processes to identify inefficiencies and implement data-driven improvements

Manage CAPEX projects from budgeting to commissioning and define technical/production specifications for investments

Support preventive and extraordinary maintenance planning and ensure spare parts availability

Collaborate with HSE on supplier management, documentation, and safety compliance

Participation in equipment, machinery, and process validation and support root-cause analysis for production/quality issues

Contribute to maintaining and improving the Quality Management System and related safety/environment procedures

Requisiti fondamentali Bachelor’s or Master in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering

Minimum 5 years of experience in plastic or chemical industries

Familiarity with PLCs and basic programming logic

Knowledge of ISO 13485 is a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mindset
