Job Description

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Backend Software Engineer to build scalable APIs and services powering AI-driven business communications. This fully remote role is open to candidates globally and requires strong API design and backend engineering skills, with ownership across the full development lifecycle.You'll join a fast-moving team, participate in a two-week paid work trial, and collaborate asynchronously with engineers across time zones. Fluency in written English is required.
