The role focuses on manufacturability, tooling, and process robustness, acting as a key technical interface between Manufacturing and R&D.Strong CAD/CAM, lean tools, and ERP experience are preferred. The candidate will drive productivity, OEE, quality, and lead time improvements, while ensuring accurate technical documentation and cross-functional collaboration
