ADM Test & Commissioning Manager

Overview

In this role you will plan and lead all Test & Commissioning activities for rail projects, ensuring adherence to project strategy and QCD commitments. You will manage the field T&C team and work with the V&V manager to define the strategy for lab and field validation. You’ll coordinate interfaces with engineering, industrial, warranty, partners, and customers while driving EHS compliance and continuous improvement. This position offers hands-on field leadership across multiple sites ( Bari, Bologna, Firenze or Rome ) and a chance to influence safety, quality, and delivery in a pioneering mobility company.

Responsabilità Own the QCD commitment of the T&C Work Package

Manage internal interfaces with Project Engineering, Industrial, Warranty and external interfaces with Partners, third parties and Customers

Deploy T&C processes on field and ensure compliance by the team

Prepare and manage T&C works on field – materials, tools, documentation, logistics

Ensure EHS compliance (Zero deviation) and report issues

Lead and develop the T&C team; provide training and competency assessments

Manage planning, staffing, and tool calibration for T&C

Report progress, risks and issues to RC TCM and PM

Issue REX on T&C activities and drive improvements of processes and tools

Monitor and report on QCD performance of the T&C work package

Capture design-related issues with proper defect descriptions in the correct tools

Coordinate risk and issue management related to EHS, T&C, and system delivery

Coordinate with project teams to deliver on customer and solution requirements

Requisiti fondamentali Experience in planning and delivering Test & Commissioning activities

Strong stakeholder management across internal and external interfaces

Field leadership and team development capabilities

EHS governance and safety culture emphasis

Ability to organize resources, tools, documentation, and logistics on field sites

Proactive issue anticipation and risk reporting

Familiarity with defect reporting and test context documentation

Knowledge of REX processes and continuous improvement of T&C methods
