Support the Italian business on all legal matters
Advice on legal and regulatory matters related to Bank of Italy activities
Draft, review and negotiate local contracts with business partners, foremost including SPAs and servicing agreements.
Corporate management of the Italian business (corporate housekeeping), including acting as secretary to the board of directors.
Work closely with the Group Legal team to ensure consistent quality of services, exchange of best practices and compliance with corporate-wide procedures.
Provide occasional support and assistance with the Italian Litigation team activities
Experience/Qualifications
5-8 years of legal experience of working in an operational environment on banking, transaction & corporate law matters. Experience with non-performing loans would be an advantage.
Law degree from an Italian University
Fluency in Italian; excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; good and clear communicator.
Background and experience in working within multidisciplinary/international teams highly desired
Ability to function collaboratively and be open to sharing, growth and learning in a team environment consistent with the goals and principles of PRA.
Ability to work independently
Flexible and dynamic team player who enjoys working in a multicultural environment.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
