As a Refinish Marketing Director - EMEA South M/ W, your main responsibilities will be to deploy the regional strategy as defined by EHQ.You will report to the Business Director EMEA South.Localisation is flexible in EMEA South - area preferred would be France, Spain or Italy.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the zone commercial directors and other members of zone Leadership Team to ensure best practice is implemented across zone.Responsible for execution of colour and product management strategy into zone for full product life cycle.Support execution of growth strategy in the premium, mid and value collision segments and the Commercial Transportation and Light Industrial Coatings segments.Implement pricing strategy by segment and major product line, according to New Business Model.Maximize customer retention through the implementation of distributors and end-users value proposition, including technical and commercial training and business solutions.Manage technical best practice across the zone to ensure compliance with defined strategy and to ensure PPG risk is mitigated with the best processes and warranties.Maximize different brands equity through the implementation of communication plans using all available media.Promote and accelerate digitalisation across the zone to ensure maximum benefit from all digital tools following EMEA strategy.Ensure needs of the market/customer and competitor intelligence is combined into zone approach and feed into future strategy development.Be part of EMEA marketing leadership teamActive participation in product development gate keeper / post investment review process to ensure market fit.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent is required.
