Full-Stack Developer

TXT Novigo, a leader in IT services for the financial market and part of the TXT Group, is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to expand its custom development teams.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Full-Stack Web Developer with at least 4 years of experience, strong knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies, and a passion for innovative web solutions. The candidate will be involved in the entire software development cycle, working on the design, maintenance, and optimization of scalable applications, in collaboration with the Project Manager and Technical Leader.

In addition to mastering the technologies listed below, the ideal candidate: Demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details; Manages their tasks autonomously and meets deadlines; Has a strong inclination for teamwork and collaboration; Wants to stay updated on new technologies and industry trends; Has a good command of technical English.

Required technical skills: Experience in full-stack web development in professional environments Proficiency in major development and architectural patterns, with particular focus on microservices. Knowledge and hands-on experience with REST APIs. Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework for web application development. Knowledge of Java (Quarkus, Spring, Spring Boot) and Angular. Advanced JavaScript skills, with particular focus on React and its ecosystem, state management, component lifecycle, and front-end performance optimization. Knowledge of SQL and relational database design.

Optional technical skills: Hands-on experience with low-code development platforms for Enterprise projects. Advanced proficiency in GIT, including distributed version control, branch and merge management, and effective collaboration with development teams. Experience with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB and DynamoDB. Experience integrating AWS managed services. Experience integrating AI Agents.

Gross Annual Salary (RAL): 30.000,00 € - 38.000,00 €

The employment level and compensation package will be defined during the selection process, based on the selected candidate's experience and qualifications, in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Tertiary Sector – Confcommercio.
