Seeking experienced Software Engineers to contribute to open-source development projects supporting AI training. You'll work on real-world codebases involving feature development, debugging, refactoring, and performance optimization. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement features in existing open-source projects.Fix complex bugs and improve code reliability.Refactor legacy code for better performance, scalability, and readability.Apply algorithms and efficient problem-solving techniques.Review and validate code against project standards.Collaborate with remote contributors and document technical solutions.Provide clear technical explanations of implementations.

Compensation

Output-based: Payment is provided per completed task that meets project requirements. Minimum weekly submission requirements apply.
